Bugsy Malone

Bugsy Malone passed away overnight. Although we're not meant to have favourites Bugsy has always been mine, we tried to bond him with both Claudia & Kylie without success as he always preferred people to bunnies.
He loved getting head strokes and would happily sit for hours being cuddled too, he would follow us round, getting under my feet begging for fenugreek crunchies.
Over the last few days he'd lost a lot of weight and he was meant to be seeing the vet today after which he was coming to live with me.

💔😭💔
He was the best of the best rabbits and I can't believe I'll never see him again.

Bugsy's choice

Bugsy Malone: So let me get this straight CBL
If I have a wifebun I'll have to share the fenugreek crunchies with her?
& all the head rubs too?
& I might not get to have the run if the rescue any more if she's not as well behaved as me either?

Crazy bunny lady: Wouldn't you like a wifebun though Bugsy?

Bugsy Malone: can't you just let me have your fluffy boots, I can wash them and snuggle with them and they almost look like a bunny...

We all love him, he's Bugsy Malone

Well at least I think that's how the song lyrics go.
As much as you aren't meant to have favourites at the rescue sometimes you just can't help it. Bugsy Malone (along with Mulder & Scully) are mine.
Here he is, my little follower, enjoying one of many head rubs he had today.

Who's been sleeping in my bed?

It's starting to look like Bugsy Malone should have been called Goldilocks.
Here he is taking a siesta in Archimedes bed that was after he finished his breakfast for him too.

Smooth Moves

Quite coincidentally of the time of year, we've had a few bondings going on recently. One of these involved old-timer Bugsy Malone who, as you can see, put on his most suave behaviour towards his new potential amour.

A BMB On Grass

For all the difficulty in getting Bugsy Malone to bond with our single girls, he has no problem making friends with humans. He's one of those bunnies you could sit with and make a fuss of all day.

"Thanks for letting me out to run around for playtime, only...are you SURE you are going to be able to keep up with me to keep my nose properly rubbed?"
