    Watching out for that gluten, are we Boadicea? If you are one of those bunns who eats at fast food restaurants, I hope you are for doubling the workers salaries, maybe tripling? We have to do something about that , you know. At least we do over here. Can you really get customized subs over there?

      Subway are quite common here now, certainly in and around London.
      Anyway, this is more your "fast food wheelbarrow" where the server (me) is an unpaid volunteer. Tripling the workers salaries costs nothing. It is also worth noting that this counter becomes "self service" as soon as my back is turned, whether I like it or not!

    after a long day with two separate drives to the vets (an hour each way each time) not much makes me chortle out loud - but that did!
    The best blog on the planet!!!

    PS new vet on the block - Ian Cope now at Cambs Vets - fantastic exotics specialist!!!

      Thanks for the nice words about the blog, also the info on the new vet in town. Whisky is probably gonna need a visit for the usual ear-check + eye-flush soon so I might check him out.
